Tuesdays Workout

Met Janet and Justine at the gym tonight for a nice workout.

Stretches
Squats 3 x 10
sit ups 3 x 10

medicine ball side bends 3 x 10
vertical row 3 x 10 30lbs

presses 3 x 10 40 lbs
bicep presses 3 x 10 10 lbs

butterfly 2 x 10 30 lbs
lat pull dows 2 x 10 40lbs 1 x 10 50 lbs

trap pull up  3 x 10 40 lbs

running 15 mins.

Good work out. Thanks for the company Janet.  

I hope to get a ride in on Thursday or Friday. Tomorrow is ladies night at Penn cycle.
